Khumar Rza gizi Zulfugarova was an Azerbaijani dancer, choreographer, founder of the Azerbaijan State Dance Ensemble. She was awarded the title Honored Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR, People's Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR, and Chevalier of the Order of Glory.
