Kiço Ngjela Life story
Kiço Ngjela was an Albanian politician of the Albanian Party of Labour. Ngjela was born in Sheper of the Gjirokastër District in Albania. In 1945 he became a member of the Constituent Assembly which declared Albania as Republic.
