King Of Ooo

The King of Ooo is a criminal and the former ruler of Candy Kingdom who first appears in "Apple Wedding." He is a controversial figure in the Land of Ooo of debatable power, who travels in a rigid airship, otherwise known as a zeppelin, which he calls his "zep" and apparently maintains a website, "kingofooo.com."
