Kipkalya Kones Life story
Kipkalya Kiprono Kones was a Kenyan politician who served as a minister during the 1990s and was briefly Minister of Roads in 2008. He was a member of the National Assembly of Kenya from 1988 to 2008. He first attempted to win a parliamentary seat at the 1983 elections, but was beaten by Isaac Kipkorir Salat.
