Kısır

Kısır is a Western Asian bulgur based salad found in Turkish and Kurdish cuisines. The main ingredients are finely ground bulgur, parsley, and tomato paste. Common additional ingredients include onion, garlic, sour pomegranate molasses and lemon juice, cucumber, cornichons and spices.
