About Kluai Khaek
Kluai khaek, sometimes called kluai thot, is a popular Thai street snack. May be considered to be fried banana in Thai style. Kluai khaek is made from fried, floured banana commonly topped with white sesame, similar to chuối chiên in Vietnamese cuisine and pisang goreng in Malaysian and Indonesian cuisines.
