About Kriminalpolizei
Kriminalpolizei, often abbreviated as Kripo, is the German name for a criminal investigation department. In Nazi Germany, the Kripo consisted of the Reich Criminal Police Department, which in 1939 became Department V of the Reich Security Main Office.
