Kuan Chung-ming Life story
Kuan Chung-ming is a Taiwanese politician and academic. He was the last minister of the Council for Economic Planning and Development from 2013 to 2014 and served as the first minister of the succeeding government agency, the National Development Council, from 2014 to 2015.
