Kuan Hsin-chi Life story
Kuan Hsin Chi is chairman of the Department of Government and Public Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He retired in 2006 but continues to teach political science part-time. He was chairman of the Hong Kong Civic Party from its foundation in 2006 until 2011.
