BRIEF BIOGRAPHY OF LAKIS CHALKIAS. Lakis Chalkias was born in Yannena. Son of clarinet-player Tassos Chalkias. Member of the fourth generation of the Halkias family – known as the CHALKIADES – the largest musical family in Greece. Has been involved with music and singing since the age of 7.
