About Lakvijaya Power Station
The Lakvijaya Power Station is the largest power station in Sri Lanka. The placename is said to refer to a clump of Hora trees, when the location was called Horagolla. The power station is in Norocholai, Puttalam, on the southern end of the Kalpitiya Peninsula.
