Le Voyage En Douce

Lucie (Geraldine Chaplin) and Hélène (Dominique Sanda) are lifelong friends living in Paris. When Lucie comes to believe that her husband has been sleeping around behind her back, she retreats to Hélène's apartment for comfort. Soon, the two decide to embark on a weekend road trip to the French countryside to escape their lives. When they arrive, they muse on the nature of love, lust, desire and sexuality, and discuss their disillusionment with their adult lives.
