About Lecanicillium Lecanii
Lecanicillium lecanii is now an approved name of an entomopathogenic fungus species, that was previously widely known as Verticillium lecanii Viegas, but is now understood to be an anamorphic form in the Cordyceps group of genera in the Clavicipitaceae.
