Lee Choon-jae Life story
Lee Choon-jae is a South Korean serial killer who was convicted of killing his sister-in-law in 1994 and later confessed to killing 15 other people, including 10 people in the Hwaseong serial murders between 1986 and 1991. The serial murders are considered to be the most infamous in South Korea's modern history.
