Leland C. Shepard Jr. Life story
Leland Casper "Bob" Shepard Jr. was a brigadier general in the United States Air Force. Shepard was born in Miami, Florida. After graduating from Ponce de Leon High School in Coral Gables, Florida, he was a student at the University of Florida when he enlisted in the United States Army Air Corps in April 1942.
