Lindsay Carlisle Shay

Lindsay Carlisle Shay is the Deputy Parks Director of the Parks & Recreation Department of Eagleton, Indiana. She and Leslie were friends and colleagues at Pawnee's Parks and Recreation Department back when Lindsay was 35 pounds heavier and hadn't had a nose job.
