Founded in 2007, Illinois-based Whitetail Properties is one of America's top brokerages of hunting, ranch and farmland. The company's staff of specialists averages a farm sold every day throughout the year in its territory, which covers more than 20 states. A fraction of those transactions are featured on "Living Country," a half-hour show that highlights how Whitetail staffers bring land buyers together with sellers to help the multimillion-dollar transactions go smoothly. Each episode features a different rural property and highlights the obstacles that both sides face in order to get the deal done. But these aren't your typical real estate transactions.
