Headquartered in Lancaster, Ky., Rocky Top has been manufacturing high-end log furniture and railing for two decades. Owners Tommy and Gwen Mitchell have grown the business from a humble start in a garage into a multimillion-dollar enterprise that serves both residential and commercial clients, but they're not content with maintaining the status quo.
