Lord Roger David Manners Life story
Lord Roger Manners, who died aged 92, was a scion of the Dukes of Rutland, born 23 September 1925, third son of the 9th Duke of Rutland (1886-1940). His mother was the former Kathleen Tennant (who died in 1989), scion of the Barons Glenconner.
