Losang Jamcan Life story
Losang Jamcan, also spelled Losang Gyaltsen, is an ethnic Tibetan politician of the People's Republic of China. He is the President of Tibet Autonomous Region People's Congress Standing Committee, and former Chairman of Tibet Autonomous Region and Mayor of Tibetan capital Lhasa.
