Louis Miles Muggleton Life story
Louis Miles Muggleton, FIET was a South African-born British Ionospheric Physicist and Electrical Engineer. Building on the work of Sir Edward Appleton in 1975 Muggleton's seminal work provided the international standard ITU model of radio wave absorption and reflection of the Heaviside layer of the Ionosphere.
