Louis Ng Life story
Louis Ng Kok Kwang is a Singaporean politician and animal welfare activist. A member of the governing People's Action Party, he is the Member of Parliament representing the Nee Soon East ward of Nee Soon GRC since 2015. Ng is also the founder of Animal Concerns Research and Education Society.
