Louis Phillips Life story
Louis Phillips is an American poet, playwright, editor, and author of children's stories. Phillips was born on June 15, 1942 in Lowell, Massachusetts. He received a BA from Stetson University in 1964, and MAs from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and CUNY in 1965 and 1967, respectively.
