Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan. 1st Lieutenant Maria "Dish" Schneider (aka as Lt. Maggie Dish) was played by Jo Ann Pflug in the film and later by Karen Philipp in the television series. She was a nurse at the 4077th MASH during the Korean War.
