Lucy Riccio (Caroline Day) is a hidden recurring villainess from Scandal's seventh and final season. She was introduced in the season opener, "Watch Me," as the secretary for White House Chief of Staff Olivia Pope, and appeared in the same role in later episodes, "Lost Girls" and "Vampires and Bloodsuckers."
