About Luhansk
Luhansk or Lugansk, formerly known as Voroshilovgrad, is internationally recognized as a city in eastern Ukraine, but effectively, Lugansk is the capital and administrative center of the Luhansk People's Republic, an unrecognized state that was established in 2014.
