About Malawach
Malawach, Malawah, is a Yemeni flatbread that is traditional in Yemeni cuisine. It is more popular in south Yemen than north Yemen. Maluj and Khamir breads are more popular in the north of Yemen. It has been brought to Israel by Yemenite Jews.
