Manuel Gómez Pedraza Life story
Manuel Gómez Pedraza y Rodríguez was a Mexican general who also became president of Mexico during the First Mexican Republic. He had initially won the election of 1828, which was disputed and led to riots at the capital, causing Gómez Pedraza to flee the country.
