Manuel N. Mamba is a Filipino politician who is the current provincial governor of Cagayan. A member of PDP–Laban, he was elected to the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the 3rd District of Cagayan. First elected in 1995, he was re-elected in 2001, 2004, and 2007.
