Marcel André Boisard Life story
Marcel A. Boisard is a Swiss intellectual and diplomat. He completed his studies in Switzerland, Germany and the United States and obtained his PhD from the Graduate Institute of International Studies. He started his international career in early 1960s with the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.
