Marcel Stobbaerts was a Belgian artist born in 1899 and died in 1979 in Etterbeek. He was a painter, printmaker, crayon painter and watercolorist. Grandson of Jan Stobbaerts. Training at the Academy in Brussels under the direction of C. Montald (1915-1919).
