Marius Grigonis Life story
Marius Grigonis is a Lithuanian professional basketball player who last played for CSKA Moscow of the VTB United League and the EuroLeague. In early 2022, upon the outbreak of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, he left the team. He can play at both guard positions, as well as a small forward.
