Marjorie Chibnall Life story
Marjorie McCallum Chibnall OBE FBA was an English historian, medievalist and Latin translator. She edited the Historia Ecclesiastica by Orderic Vitalis, with whom she shared the same birthplace of Atcham in Shropshire.
