Mark Oliphant Life story
Sir Marcus Laurence Elwin Oliphant, AC, KBE, FRS, FAA, FTSE was an Australian physicist and humanitarian who played an important role in the first experimental demonstration of nuclear fusion and in the development of nuclear weapons.
