Former Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer, Kennametal, Inc. Mr. Tambakeras led our Board as independent Chair from 2011, when Xylem was spun off from ITT Corporation, its former parent, until May 2020. He currently serves as Chair of the Board's Nominating & Governance Committee.
