About Mass Production
Mass Production is an American funk/disco musical group, best known for their 1979 hit, Firecracker. Based in Norfolk, Virginia, the ten-piece group had a series of minor R&B hits in the late 1970s and early 1980s. "Firecracker" is commonly misattributed to the similarly named band Brass Construction.

Britishvolt: Electric car battery plant gets government funding
A company planning Mass Production of Electric Car batteries in the UK has secured government finance enabling it to kickstart a factory it says will create 3,000 jobs.
Britishvolt has also announced backing from investors Tritax and Abrdn, deals that should unlock about £1. 7bn in private funding.
The so-called gigafactory is being built at Cambois, Northumberland.
Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng said the backing was " reindustrialisation".
" We're bringing industry, we're bringing manufacturing to an area that has been underinvested in frankly and we're bringing thousands of jobs, " he told The Bbc .
" Well paid jobs, which represent a huge economic opportunity for people in this area. This is exactly what levelling up looks like. "
Financial details were not disclosed, although it is thought the government has committed about £100m through its Automotive Transformation Fund.
The government wants the UK to become a Major Force in the fast-growing market for electric cars.

" This is a truly historic day and marks the start of a truly exciting move towards a low carbon future, " He Said .
Last Year , Nissan's partner, China's Envision AESC, announced it would build an electric battery plant to supply an expansion of electric vehicle production at the Japanese carmaker's plant in Sunderland .
