Maurus J. Kai Life story
Móric Jókay de Ásva was a Hungarian nobleman, novelist, dramatist and revolutionary. He was also known as Mór Jókai, whereas outside Hungary he was also known as Maurus Jokai or Mauritius Jókai. He was an active participant and a leading personality in the outbreak of Hungarian Liberal Revolution of 1848 in Pest.
