Maximilian Wengler Life story
Maximilian Wengler was a German general in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords of Nazi Germany. Wengler took command of the 83rd Infantry Division on 27 March 1945 in the area of Gotenhafen.
