Maxym Anatoliovych Polyakov born April 23, 1982 is a Ukrainian politician, economist and public figure. Polyakov Maxym served on Uman City Council as Deputy Mayor for Economic Activities from 2011 to 2012. He is the head of the Uman Center Political Party's section Front for Change.
