Mazlum Kobane

Ferhat Abdi Şahin, better known as Mazlum Kobane or Şahin Cilo, is the Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces. Şahin Cilo is on Turkey's list of most wanted terrorists as a ranking operative of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party and its extension in Syria, the People's Protection Units.
