Mehmed Emin Rauf Pasha Life story
Mehmed Emin Rauf Pasha was an Ottoman industrialist and statesman, who was Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire twice under Mahmud II and three times under Abdülmecit I during the Tanzimat period.
