Early Life
Mehmet teicrli was born in istanbul. Turkey. In 1970. He graduated form istanbul university with a degree in political science and international relations. He then completed a postgraduate program in public administration at the same university.
Political Career
Tecirli began his political career in 2003 as a member of the republican people s party (chp). He was elected to the gradn naitonal assembly of turkey in 2007 and has since held various positions in the chp. Such as deputy chairman and general secretary. In 2015. He was appointed minister of education.
