Mei Yin Life story
Mei Yin, courtesy name Boyin, was the son of Mei Sizu, Marquis of Runan's brother, and the son-in-law of the Hongwu Emperor, the founding emperor of the Ming dynasty of China. He was assassinated in 1405 by the Yongle Emperor's adherents due to his loyalty to the Jianwen Emperor.
