Melanie J. Dressel Life story
The News Tribune said Dressel died unexpectedly of unknown natural causes. Dressel had been CEO of Columbia Bank since 2003. She was part of the original team that founded the bank in 1993. Under her leadership, the bank grew from one branch to over 140 branches in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
