Merrill Hess Life story
Merill Hess is the brother of Graham Hess in the movie Signs. He was played by Joaquin Phoenix, who also played Kenai in Brother Bear. Similar to Graham, he also too is alarmed by the sound of someone screaming, causing him to jump off his bed.
