Responds toMr Hamlyn of the investigation in Maidstone said he gave his son, to emergency treatment while waiting for the paramedics to arrive.
Dominic was taken to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford, but he died about 15 hours later.
His father, the boxer Michael Watson treated after his near-fatal brain injury during his Chris Eubank fight in 1991, said his son had not responded, for "seconds instead of minutes" before he was pulled from the pool.
A student of medicine at The Party performed CPR before Mr took over Hamlyn, until the paramedics arrived at about 03:45 Gmt .
Dominic Hamlyn father told the inquiry he had carried out that party trick since the age of 11Peter Hamlyn said his eldest son was able to swim normally, four or five lengths under water, and it would take trains, a series of deep breathing before you do this.
"It was a routine thing that I had seen him since he was a child," Mr Hamlyn, the court said.
He said his son was a very, very fit athlete, played rugby, cricket and rowing for Downing College , Cambridge. The hearing also heard that alcohol was not relevant,
"lack of awareness"the pathologist Dr Olaf Biedrzycki said he had lost consciousness under water caused by a lack of oxygen to The Brain , but "on The Balance of probability", it was "an underlying heart disease".

He gave cause of death as acute cardiac Arrhythmia and Sudden adult death syndrome.
In a statement, the 24-year-old, whose family said it was a "lack of medical awareness" about the syndrome.
"As a result, the victims families will continue to go unscreened and easily treatable warning signs to be overlooked. "
