Mike Mungarvan Life story
Mike Mungarvan was an uncredited actor on several Doctor Who stories. He was also a Dalek operator on Destiny of the Daleks. He appeared in the first and last episodes of Blake's 7, the only actor besides Gareth Thomas and Michael Keating to do so.
