Mikhaïl Nosyrev was a Russian composer, he was born May 28 1924 in Leningrad and died on May 28 1981 in Voronezh. In 1941, during World War II, he is a first year student at the Leningrad Conservatory. Two years later he becomes an orchestra solist at the radio orchestra of Leningrad.
