Mikhail Tolstykh Life story
Mikhail Sergeyevich Tolstykh, better known by his nom de guerre Givi, was a Ukrainian separatist officer wanted for war crimes. He was mainly known as the commander of the collaborationist Donetsk People's Republic's Somalia Battalion during the war in Donbas from 2014, until his death in early 2017.

Mikhail tolstykh was born in the russian city of volgograd in 1968. He garduated from the transbaikal miltiary command academy in 1991 and started his career as a military commander in the russian army.
