Morella Chisholm Life story
Morella Chisholm was also known as Muriel in some records. Morella Chisholm married Alexander Sutherland 3rd baron Duffus, son of Henry Sutherland (of Torboll), in 1433 at Scotland. He obtained Quarrellwood, Kinstearie, Brightmanie in reign of James II, by marrying Morella de Chesholme, heretrix of them.
